What we do, and exactly what it costs.

No hidden tiers. No vague "let's chat about your needs" pricing. Here's what we offer, what it includes, and what to expect from each engagement.

Assessment & Audit

Every engagement starts the same way: we find out where the business is actually losing time, money, or leads. Not where a tool vendor says you should worry — where your numbers say you're bleeding. Then we pick the right starting point for your budget: a self-guided workbook, a $500 assessment with a written report and a 30-day plan, or a full audit across all Five Pillars.

AI does a lot of the heavy lifting in what we build. But the leak comes first, and the fix has to pay for itself.

Quick Wins Assessment
Entry-point consulting, most popular
$500
flat fee

A focused review of up to 3 business areas — website, CRM, follow-up, workflows, or AI usage. The goal is not a comprehensive strategy deck. The goal is to find the simple fixes before you spend time or money on the wrong thing.

This is a paid diagnostic. You complete an intake form, commit to a 45 minute call with our Business Analyst, share the relevant links or materials, and receive a focused written report with clear next steps.

Areas We Can Review
  • Website conversion clarity and calls to action
  • Google Business Profile basics and missed opportunities
  • CRM hygiene and lead handling
  • Old leads and reactivation opportunities
  • Repetitive admin work and internal bottlenecks
  • Current staff AI usage and light governance gaps
  • Simple automation or process opportunities
  • Follow-up and inbox response flow
What You Receive
  • A focused written assessment summary
  • Top 5 quick wins — ranked by impact
  • Biggest friction points and risks identified
  • Website conversion notes (if included)
  • AI readiness notes (if included)
  • A practical 30-day next-step plan
  • A clear recommendation on what to do next
  • Optional short debrief call to walk through findings

Best for: owner-operators, local service businesses, lean teams who want clarity before committing to a bigger engagement.

Team AI Fluency Training

Structured training for your staff — from foundational AI literacy through advanced tool use. Built around your team's actual workflows, not a generic curriculum.

Custom Team Training
Remote delivery, scoped per engagement
Contact for pricing
scoped by team size and curriculum depth

Training engagements are scoped based on your team's starting point, size, and which tools are in scope. We offer three training tiers — Basic, Intermediate, and Extended — and build a curriculum from your intake notes, not a generic template.

Training Tiers
  • Basic: AI literacy, accounts, prompting, platform comparison — for teams with no prior AI experience
  • Intermediate: Applied tool use (Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI), custom skill building, real business workflows
  • Extended: Advanced automation, multi-step workflows, AI integration with existing business tools
What Every Session Produces
  • At least one custom skill or workflow built during the session
  • A reference guide your team keeps after we leave
  • A practical use case tied to the client's actual business
  • Documented next steps so momentum continues independently

Training is best paired with an assessment or audit — so we build curriculum from findings, not assumptions.

Our engagement process

Every engagement follows the same five stages — from intake through handoff. The scope and depth differ by service. The process doesn't.

01

Intake

You complete a short pre-screen form. We review it before any call — so the first conversation is about your business, not background questions we could have asked in advance.

02

Discovery

For assessments and audits, you share the links, access, or materials we need. For training, we review the intake notes and build the curriculum before the first session.

03

Analysis or Delivery

We review the selected areas and build the findings. For training, we run the sessions live — building real workflows during the engagement, not just explaining concepts.

04

Report

You receive a written summary. Every report includes a ranked list of findings or opportunities and a clear recommendation on what to do next. No filler. No padding.

05

Handoff

The engagement closes with a handoff. Your team walks away with documentation, a working system or skill, and a clear next step they can execute independently.

  • A full website redesign
  • Custom automation implementation (included in audit, not assessment)
  • Ongoing retainer or managed service
  • Generic AI training that ignores your actual business
  • A pitch for tools we happen to sell
  • A written summary — no verbal-only findings
  • Ranked, actionable next steps
  • A recommendation on what to do after this engagement
  • Work your team can continue independently

Self-guided workbooks

Each workbook maps to one of the Five Pillars. Start with the Audit workbook if you're not sure where to begin. They are self-contained — you don't need to buy anything else to get value from them.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before you book.

How much does the Quick Wins Assessment cost?

The Quick Wins Assessment is a flat fee of $500 CAD. It includes a review of up to 3 business areas, a written findings report with your top 5 quick wins, and a practical 30-day action plan.

Does the assessment include a website redesign?

No. If your website is one of the review areas, we will identify what is hurting conversion and what to improve, but the assessment is a diagnostic service, not a redesign. Website work is a separate engagement.

Do you build automations as part of the assessment?

No. The assessment is a diagnostic. If we find a strong automation opportunity, it will be noted in the report and recommended as a next step. Automation builds are part of the Five Pillars Audit engagement.

Is the assessment only about AI?

No. It covers AI readiness, but it also looks at business basics that affect conversion and operations, including website clarity, CRM hygiene, lead follow-up, and internal bottlenecks. AI is one part of the picture.

What happens after the assessment?

That depends on what we find. The next step might be one of our free self-guided workbooks, targeted implementation support, or a full Five Pillars Audit ($3,000-$10,000 CAD) if the business needs broader changes. The report always includes a clear recommendation.

How much does the Five Pillars Audit cost?

Five Pillars Audits are priced between $3,000 and $10,000 CAD depending on team size, complexity, and systems in scope. Every audit includes a full written report, a prioritized implementation roadmap, and a live handoff session with your team.
